Curriculum

We follow the curriculum guidelines set by the Diocese of San Diego. Our curriculum is aligned with the California State Framework, covering all basic academic areas. Additionally, special programs are offered during the school week in technology, music, art, Spanish, and physical education.

Our music program focuses on the application of musical theory rather than a static, book-driven curriculum.

Grades K-6 participate in one weekly class. Grades 6-8 participate in two weekly 45-minute classes.

St. Patrick Catholic School provides students an integrated computer technology program.

The Reading Resource program provides supplemental reading instruction to students in grades K-6.

Students in grades K-8 participate in weekly art classes following the Arts Attack curriculum.

Students in grades 3 – 8 participate in a weekly drama class. Drama enhances the current curriculum and offers different perspectives to learn material.
