From St. Pat’s Garden to Table
The staff was treated to a delicious “farm fresh” lunch today courtesy of the 4th grade. The entire lunch was grown in our very own school garden. The menu included cauliflower soup, broccoli, green salad consisting of arugula, bib lettuce, romaine, radishes, red onion, tomatoes and parsley, lemon bars, fresh squeezed lemonade and even edible flowers. The tables were decorated with flowers also grown in the garden. Thank you 4th grade!
