Great Potato Harvest

Red and purple potatoes were harvested by 4th grade. These potatoes were grown in straw bales and then the straw bales were broken down and used for mulch in the gardens. The students cooked the seasoned potatoes in a crock pot for their final tasting of the school year! YUM!!
