Hatch Day Arrived

Fourth Grade students are learning about embryology, California Agriculture, and Family Life using fertilized Coturnix quail and chicken eggs. Hatch Days arrived resulting in 6 quail and 9 chickens to the delight of the students.  Now we are on to animal husbandry, the responsibility and care for these birds, and tying these lessons to our Catholic faith.
