Hydroponic FarmStand Produce Harvested

Class 4A harvested 5 different lettuces from the hydroponic FarmStand last week and they tasted the mixed salad with Red Wine Vinegar dressing. The remainder of the plants were transplanted into the straw bales in the North and South Gardens on campus. The FarmStand will be moving upstairs to 7A for the Winter Seasons.
