What is your favorite memory of being in school? My favorite memory from being in school was definitely playing multiple sports and the incredible experiences that came with it. Being part of different teams not only kept me active and challenged, but it also introduced me to some of the most amazing people-my teammates, who quickly became friends. Whether we were practicing late after school or traveling for games, we built a bond that went way beyond the field or court. Sports gave me confidence, taught me discipline, and created memories that I’ll always treasure.

What do you value most about St. Patrick? What I value most about St. Patrick Catholic School is how seamlessly it weaves faith into every part of the day. I love how each school day begins and ends with prayer, reminding us that God is at the center of everything we do. Those shared moments build a real sense of community and keep us grounded in our beliefs.

Who or what inspires you most? The people who inspire me the most are my parents. Both of them are incredibly hardworking, loving, and selfless. They have been amazing role models to me not just in their careers, but also in their marriage and the way they raised our family. They’re a constant source of support and wisdom. I’m so grateful for everything they taught me and continue to teach me every day.

What do you like to do in your free time?  What's that? Just kidding! Most of my free time is spent at the softball fields, soccer fields, or volleyball court cheering on my daughter and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also love being outdoors, whether it’s a day at the beach, a good hike, or a bike ride with the family. When I have some time at home, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen making sourdough or cooking something delicious. I genuinely love cooking and feeding people—it’s my happy place.

What is the best advice you have ever received? The best advice I've ever received is: "Everything happens for a reason.” At first, it sounded like something people say just to feel better during hard times, but over the years, it’s taken on a much deeper meaning. Life doesn’t always go the way we expect or want, but even when we don’t understand the “why,” we have to trust that there is one. I believe God has a plan, and even the setbacks and heartaches are part of a bigger picture. Sometimes the reason becomes clear with time; other times, it never does. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t there.
