Thank you to St. John's for hosting a wonderful 8th grade retreat yesterday. Our 8th grade class joined students from Notre Dame Academy and St. John's to help with three service projects all focused on Catholic Social teaching. Their efforts provided blessing bags for the needy, dog toys for the Helen Woodward Foundation, and baked goods for fire fighters, police officers, nurses, teachers, and the Kairos Prison Ministry. Thank you for being the light and making a difference in the community!

There were over 50 famous Americans on our campus today. From George Washington to Neil Armstrong and many, many more, our second graders did a great job of portraying these historical figures. Students studied the life of their chosen famous American, wrote a report, dressed up, and presented their findings to the class. Nice work 2nd grade!
