School Garden Provides Delicious Lunch
Roasted herb potatoes, a variety of greens for a delicious salad, broccoli, fresh squeezed lemonade, carrot cake, lemon bars and lavender/lemon cookies were just some of the items on the menu at last week’s luncheon for the church staff. Fr. Bill said the blessing before the group was treated to a delicious “farm to table” luncheon courtesy of Mrs. Fanchin’s 4A class. The students were eager to share their knowledge of the gardens with the staff during a private tour after lunch. They were quite impressed. Thank you 4th grade!
